    Saturday, April 7th, 1:00-2:00pm in the auditorium of the Selby Public Library (1331 1st St.) for NEW VOLUNTEERS
    I cannot attend any of these dates and will contact volunteers@sarasotafilmfestival.com to make other arrangements.

    Pre-Festival Volunteer Opportunities:
    Listed below are the departments/areas requiring volunteer support in advance of the Festival (February 1, 2007 through April 12, 2007). Please select all areas in which you are interested and for which you feel you are qualified (please check all that apply):
    Clerical/Office Assistance
    Customer Service & Ticket Orders (Call Center & Box Office)
    Data Entry/Computer Work
    Special Events (includes set-up & tear-down and other event support)
    Marketing/Promotions
    Sponsor Relations
    Guest Relations/Hospitality

    Volunteer Opportunities during the 2007 Sarasota Film Festival.
    Listed below are the departments/areas requiring volunteer support during the Festival (April 13th-22nd, 2007). Please select all areas in which you are interested and for which you feel you are qualified (please check all that apply):
    Box Office - sell tickets at the Main Plaza Box Office
    Call Center – take orders and answer questions over the phone
    Merchandise Booth – sell Festival Merchandise
    Ushering & Film Intros – in Hollywood 20 theatres, help direct patrons and introduce….
    Administrative Support – general office support and data entry
    Technical Support – projection & theatre management
    Film Shipping/ Traffic Control
    Transportation – Driving guests (requires a valid Florida’s driver’s license…)
    Special Events – set up, take down and work Festival parties and receptions
    Filmmaker Lounge – work filmmaker/sponsor/passholder lounge
    Information Booths – greet patrons and assist with general info and directions
    Filmmaker & Press check-in Booth – assist at registration
    Seminars & Symposiums – provide support at Festival seminars and symposiums
    KidsFest - assist with KidsFest and Family-friendly events at the Festival
    Willing to do Anything!

    I understand that as a volunteer I will receive no compensation for my donation of time for the Sarasota Film Festival. I understand that the Sarasota Film Festival does not cover me in case of injury or illness.
