**Due to inclement weather, KidsFest Big Night Out has moved to a new and exciting location! KidsFest will now be held at Holly Hall located at the Florida West Coast Symphony (Between the Hyatt and the Van Wezel).**

Get ready to Rock Out at the signature family event for the 10th Annual Sarasota Film Festival, KidsFest Big Night Out! This vening of FREE fun for kids of any age (or even the young at heart) features a concert from NYC's The Jimmies, local youth bands, Rock ‘n' Roll glam stations for stylized hair, glitter makeup and even temporary tattoos. Photo areas will capture your new, punk look. Get creative at the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art's crafts section and learn magic at the Camp Cigma's magician area. An eclectic assortment of food vendors will satisfy the most ravenous of kid tastes. The evening culminates with an outdoor film screening of the family classic, School of Rock, at 8:00 pm.

About the Band: The Jimmies
A 2007 Parents' Choice Gold award and Oppenheim Toy Portfolio winner, The NYC-based band The Jimmies play "real music for real kids" and will gleefully rock, swing & dance their way into your world through terribly catchy & hilarious songs for people of all ages. Their new album "Make Your own Someday" was just voted one of the Top Ten Best Albums of the year by The Fids and Kamily awards.
