Can you make a film in 20 hours? The 2019 Sarasota Film Festival gives aspiring filmmakers a great opportunity not only to make a short film during the festival but also have it play on the big screen in front of a live audience. Participants create a five-minute short film based on given elements and chosen themes, having just 20 hours to film and 20 hours to edit.
