Booker High "Into the Storm" Screening

The community is invited to discover a hidden but exciting part of its past at a fundraiser for the film program in Booker High School’s Visual and Performing Arts magnet. All proceeds go to the program. A reception and discussion will follow a showing of the documentary “Into the Storm.” The film explores the year that changed Booker and the city, as the teenage Tornadoes fight to bring home a state title – and stop the forces threatening to close their school.
